<_wav3_|D> hello! i have been doing my own little thing with the raspberry pi VPU
<_wav3_|D> i got a PAL composite video output but in a different way
<_wav3_|D> since i already had a project for the pi pico to output composite
<_wav3_|D> i figured that i might just use that as my display method, it can display 40 columns of text
<_wav3_|D> i have this idea i would love to do with others, being a custom os that utilizes both the vpu and arm cpu
<_wav3_|D> its a temporary solution, i would much rather have HDMI
<_wav3_|D> but for logging its sufficient
<_wav3_|D> I don't know much about the pi internals but I'm eager to learn anything
<_wav3_|D> How do I access the SD card?
<_wav3_|D> On the VPU

<CarlFK1> what is Secure JTAG Controller (SJC) for secure debugging ?
<CarlFK1> p20 5.10
<sys64738> it's called "System JTAG Controller (SJC)" in the i.MX8M TRM
<sys64738> the TRM itself can be downloaded with a throwaway account on the NXP website, but it also refers to the "security reference manual" which is behind NDA
<sys64738> buuuut there's http://resource.milesight-iot.com/files/IMX8MNSRM.pdf for a similar part :>
