Hi -- I'm converting my project to use no2fpga's build system, and had a couple questions

It seems DEVICE isn't set anywhere; where was it intended you'd do that? project-rules.mk?

I guess it makes sense if your module has different parameter overrides needed for hx8k and up5k to just have 2 targets and stick the specific values for each chip in some variable in there
