I have a question. Is it possible to actually build custom image with app written in rust which in turn depends on gtk3? I was successful in building custom image that uses c++ and gtk3 but with rust there are problems during compilation. I'm on master branch of poky

artie1977: rust is fairly new for us so whilst I'd say yes, it should be possible, it isn't a well used path yet. librsvg is similar and uses rust

RP Thanks for the answer. I thought so. I was able with literally zero problems build same app where instead of rust C++ was used. It went OK from very first run.

Strange thing is that the error I'm getting doesn't happen when I build that app on host machine: error: failed to run custom build command for `glib-sys v0.15.10`

RP: Since you took care of the edge case with excluded variables and contains, please remove the second paragraph from the commit message of dc9ee06a (insane.bbclass: Make do_qa_patch() depend on if patch-fuzz is in ERROR_QA) as it is no longer relevant.

Guys, I really need help with this. I'm so close to actually have the rust app using gtk compiled with yocto. The error I'm getting is:
