LeSpocky: I think you have different options in u-boot for that. Don't remember exactly. But I think U-boot can correct memory size on boot? Something like CONFIG_OF_BOARD_SETUP, CONFIG_OF_SYSTEM_SETUP, CONFIG_ARCH_FIXUP_FDT_MEMORY
