Tartarus: Re cpsw, I mean that dtoc does not support converting material in subnodes. It needs a compatible string and driver for everything it converts

Tartarus: sjg1: how would you feel about adding another xPL in addition to SPL and TPL ? If we ever want to implement the BL31 PSCI implementation, we would need to build it into separate blob, the __secure keyword is insanely fragile

marex: I like the idea of a more standard interface although I am not a fan of lots of phases. I have fiddled with the idea of making it easier a bit but don't have any patches yet
