<digetx> yeah, we already figured out the cause of the trouble should be in bootloader, it's an old and known problem, will you be able to update the bootloader?
<digetx> tagr may know better which bootloader version should work properly
<hexdump0815> sure - the bootloader is from the first nvidia jetpack image which had a u-boot which was capable to booting mainline kind of properly - here is the bootloader and u-boot output btw.: https://pastebin.com/raw/RT0D0hBp
<hexdump0815> i could flash the latest jetpack image for the nano and hope that it will update the bootloader - will it?
<hexdump0815> tagr: digetx: kwizart: also this was required to make it possible to boot with a normal initrd at all: https://forum.armbian.com/topic/17240-jetson-nano/?do=findComment&comment=134727
<hexdump0815> looks like by default there is too little space reserved for normal sized initrd files
<digetx> I guess that also could be fixed using a newer bootloader version
<hexdump0815> ok - lets see which version and way to install tagr recommends
