10:02 <digetx> the separate gst-plugins-bad repo was deprecated couple days ago by upstream and squashed into a monolithic gstreamer repo, which wasn't mirrored to github yet, but I may push the legacy gst-buiid repo for now which will be easy to use for building and testing
