Basically missing two plugins we need right now, but I have enough together that it "works", and actually has no actual program code in the /opt/app folder, which means it builds really really nicely on Windows vagrant-spk...

Ian, I probably will put your MediaWiki port to some use. I have some VERY old wikis on shared hosting inactive long enough not to justify keeping them running but of which I'd like to maintain access to and ability to share the data if needed.
