more importantly, has anyone had it working nicely? the examples _seeem_ to say the right thing, but when I connect to the tcp port, it falls apart
<karlp>
I just use "nc localhost 9090" to connect, and i get the "hi karl" welcome message as expected.

ok, looks like it might just be not finding the "correct" segger rtt block...
<karlp>
ah, I was putting in "0" as the "id" thinking it was a cahnnel
<karlp>
but it needs to be the magic string SEGGER RTT instead,
<karlp>
annnd it works. yes.

I've got a patchlocally tested to drop the "magic string" requirement and default to "SEGGER RTT" but still slowly pushing new company forward on getting upstream patches out of my hands:|
<karlp>
I'd like it to ... autostart a bit better? I seem to have to issue the rtt commands after it's up and running? I'm going to try using an "examine-end" event tomorrow, see if that helps.
<karlp>
smarts from "!somewhere!" to be able to use the symbol name automatically instead would be nice, but...
