Is alright to bump a patch sent to Gerrit? Many seem to sit with no response

hi, i seem to be getting "cortex_m.c:2305 cortex_m_examine(): [rp2040.cpu] Could not find MEM-AP to control the core" errors when trying to connect to an rp2040 (using latest master). is this a known bug? (im seeing a bunch of rp2040- and ap/multidrop-related PRs on gerrit, so i thought id ask first)

ill see if i can find some time for that... my setup is currently broken with some other software as well, so im currently troubleshooting those and filing bug reports instead of doing the things im supposed to be doing rn
