sorry for asking that, but can openOCD use just USB to connect with one stm32, I use ubuntu desktop

Directly to just an STM32 processor? No. OpenOCD speaks JTAG or SWD. You need an adapter, generally one that speaks USB on one side and JTAG or SWD on the other. If you’re using an STM32 development board (as opposed to just the processor on its own), there may be such an adapter built into the board (for example, the STM32F4Discovery has one), in which case OpenOCD will likely work.
