Hello everyone :)
<marc|gonzalez1>
narmstrong: I may have been naively optimistic. I simply copied drivers/net/wireless/bcmdhd/ from hikey/android-amlogic-bmeson-6.1 into a mainline tree, added the line to Kconfig/Makefile, and everything compiled fine.
<marc|gonzalez1>
But now I'm thinking the device tree bindings are different on android & in mainline?
<marc|gonzalez1>
(basically, I'm on a fool's errand?)
<narmstrong>
marc|gonzalez1: hmm I think it will be ok
<marc|gonzalez1>
oh? that's good news
<marc|gonzalez1>
Need to crack the DT nut
<narmstrong>
try to look if there's some related DT changed hikey/android-amlogic-bmeson-6.1 but from memory I don't thin so
<marc|gonzalez1>
the 2 kernels don't define the interrupt the same way... interrupts = <GIC_SPI 189 IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH>; vs interrupts = <GIC_SPI 189 IRQ_TYPE_EDGE_RISING>;
<marc|gonzalez1>
in arch/arm64/boot/dts/amlogic/meson-g12-common.dtsi, that's a bit suspect
<marc|gonzalez1>
but I don't suppose something this obvious could be my issue.

Hi all! Long shot to ask, but we're trying to find an Amlogic distributor for the S922X CPU. We need a quantity of the processors for our new product. Anyone have an idea who we can contact?
<Cheaterman>
well you beat me to it :D I was about to ask the question
<Cheaterman>
Do you really want S922X SoC as-is and make your own integration fully, or source SoMs like you did earlier?
<Cheaterman>
In either case I'm sure people here can hook you up with relevant commercial resources
<leadf00t>
We have technical resources that can put the S922X down onto a PCB, so we need the actual processor.
<Cheaterman>
Well even better then
<aeroraptor>
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm trying to find information or help on enabling and configuring GPIOCLK_O (presumably through the HHI_XTAL_DIVN_CNTL register?) on the S905X (le potato, specifically)
