is there an existing HDMI ARC (audio return channel) for the eARC interface of the chipset ?

the idea is to use the return audio data and forward to another chipset interface

EARC seems to be present on S905X3, but it's not documented

narmstrong: thanks for your quick feedback and I dont have access to internal documentation for the EARC bloc yet but looking if similar driver exists for other amlogic meson socs

i am looking at the linux meson device trees currently to see similar drivers

interesting i would guess the X4 EARC RX structure is similar to the D3 one, output of the PHY looks like an SPDIF interface sending the stream to a RAM space
