jaeger changed the topic of #crux-devel to: CRUX (https://crux.nu/) development channel | Logs: https://libera.irclog.whitequark.org/crux-devel/
<farkuhar> now that you mention it, working better with slang was also my motivation for a customized build of lynx, all those years ago.

<beerman> jaeger: looks fine to me? redownloaded to double check
<beerman> jaeger: i imported most of my wayland related ports I had
<beerman> farkuhar: i did include a fix for the inconsistend footprint for gtk4 as well
<beerman> i also claimed aom from romster and renamed the port. only firefox was affected, I pushed a change to reflect the changes in its depends on line
<beerman> i had the port in my overlay and then romster commited his version.. to be off again for who knows how long
<beerman> jaeger: maybe you can use contrib/zpool-iostats-viz, its a neat little tool for zfs pools
<farkuhar> beerman: thanks for maintainer-clean-footprint in gtk4.
<farkuhar> regarding the libplacebo version bump, it looks like mpv now fails to compile because of a missing header file (context.h). Allowing the libplacebo version to lag behind upstream (to retain compatibility with mpv) might make more sense in this case, since mpv is the only port in the repos that depends on libplacebo.
<farkuhar> the solution suggested by Markus on the mailing list should get mpv successfully built (even with today's libplacebo version bump), but I was hoping for a less drastic solution.
<farkuhar> Updating taglib 1.12 -> 1.13 triggers the pkgadd symlink handling bug. The files to be overwritten appear under /usr/lib in the existing database, but under /usr/lib64 in the built package footprint.
<beerman> that i can change, i didn't think about mpv yet

<jaeger> Maybe my distfiles mirror copy of the source is bad, will remove it and try again
<jaeger> yeah, it was on my end. Sorry for the noise
<beerman> no worries
