<pitillo>
morning, getting problems building mesa on the chromebook (llvm related)
<pitillo>
jaeger: could you please take a look to libusb-compat? it seems broken (no configure so autogen.sh is needed I believe)
<beerman>
☕️
<beerman>
llvm problem sounds shitty
<beerman>
i'll need to look into my pi
<pitillo>
think that it's a 32b....
<pitillo>
probably some work ahead with it
<beerman>
Aye...
<beerman>
Here, the pi is throwing a fit with dhcpcd
<beerman>
Trying to get my bridge setup working for lxc
<beerman>
Something is up with the new package..
<pitillo>
is thewre a solution? old package is working fine?
<beerman>
Old package seems to work better yeah
<beerman>
Not sure yet
<beerman>
with 10.0.2-1 it seems to work again
<beerman>
10.0.4 will not get a v4 lease
<beerman>
something about permissions
<pitillo>
strange
<beerman>
yeah, anyway, i am updating llvm now for a pull request. i still have the second pi to fix which won't boot for i dunno why :D
<beerman>
need moar coffee
<pitillo>
sounds like a plan :D
<beerman>
sometimes i wonder why i like computer stuff so much :D
<pitillo>
jaajajajaja
<beerman>
i'll look what the other pis problem is
<beerman>
lol it just boots now, last time i looked a few days ago it came back to a recovery prompt and I didn't bother
<pitillo>
nice.... all problems should be like that xD
<beerman>
i will put my updated kernel there and also had to downgrade dhcpcd
<beerman>
v6 kinda works..
<beerman>
main: control_open: Connection refused
<beerman>
rebooted fine with v4 working
<pitillo>
here I'm getting ready rpi3 again with a new uSD
<pitillo>
the release seems to be fine (I've seen something with ports and raspberrypi3-arm64 repo)
<pitillo>
I'll try to put hands on this afternoon
<r0ni>
i had same issues with upd dhcpcd on all my systems
<r0ni>
just used networkmanager instead after being annoyed and lazy to downgrade
<beerman>
i don't want to use networkmanager on the pi, it also makes the bridge setup for lxc harder to configure
<r0ni>
fair enough, i assumed it was a me problem anyway, surprised to see others bit by it ;)
<beerman>
https://dpaste.com/9ZJ5GMSG9 this is my edited net script to create a bridge up on your physical adapter, that way, i can have my vms reach my dhcp server and have them on my network rather than they have their own virtual network only accessible via the host
<beerman>
https://dpaste.com/DC3STKNHK this is the output of "ip link", veth... is the containers virtual interface
<r0ni>
oh nice, so the vms get real ips rather than the system having a virtual network
<beerman>
yeah
<jaeger>
pitillo: hrmm, it seems to work fine here
<pitillo>
jaeger: thanks for checking. F
<pitillo>
I've forced the source download and it now it seems to be right....
<pitillo>
this morning the source hasn't the configure file :/
