We have PocketBeagle on the table. The idea was to change bootable uSD connected via uSD-to-USB (USB1) or uSD-via-SPI (SPI0),

then connect SDIO WiFi card to uSD connector on the host. However, we found some difficoulties to make bootable SD-to-USB because U-Boot is loaded from SD. Also not sure about SDIO.

1) No, getting to WiFi is easiest over USB with PocketBeagle. 2) Unsure what you mean. 3) BeagleBone Black, Wireless, Industrial--may require disabling on-board eMMC. Also, BeagleBone AI.
