<gambl0r> Hello everyone, during the build process when it shows the table of patches applied, I'm assuming that any entries in the list that are orange have failed somehow? Is that right?
<DC-IRC>
<gambl0r> Summary: kernel patching: 91 total patches; 91 applied; 3 with problems; 1 not_mbox; 2 needs_rebase
<DC-IRC>
<gambl0r> just tried a lunar build but it failed 😦
<DC-IRC>
<gambl0r> E: No such script: /usr/share/debootstrap/scripts/lunar
<DC-IRC>
<gambl0r> building non desktop image now 🙂
<DC-IRC>
<gambl0r> [🌱] DNS fix [ /etc/systemd/resolved.conf not found: Ubuntu lunar ]
<DC-IRC>
<gambl0r> this latest build is very nice, installed all the desired desktop components manually. Super stable
<DC-IRC>
<gambl0r> even better than the last supported legacy build
<DC-IRC>
<efectn> @lanefu did you try collabora's usb3 branch
<DC-IRC>
<efectn> Is it stablr?
<DC-IRC>
<efectn> Is it stable?
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> Nope. _red_ ones have a real problem. Yellow/orange ones usually just need a rebase (they're applying, but don't exactly match the intended source, and still work thanks to _fuzzing_.
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> - ` 1 not_mbox` : valid patch, but without the metadata (author, date, subject)
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> - `2 needs_rebase`: applied thanks to fuzzing.

<monkablyat> just realized there are bredOS and openfyde in oowow not armbian , it should be on oowow as well , how can we fix this ?
<DC-IRC>
<lanefu> I tried. whatever their primary rk3588 branch is. Which wasn't getting usb3 speeds at the time a few weeks ago
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> You mean... "Why isn't Armbian available in oowow?" ?
<DC-IRC>
<monkablyat> yes exactly
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> We've just had a meeting with them to discuss last week.
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> I'm developing oowow support (which is just some massaging of the .img file, and getting it uploaded to Khadas's https server) for some other Khadas boards.
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> Once that's in, and I get my hands on a KEdge2 with working UART, we shall get oowow for the Kedge2 as well...
<DC-IRC>
<monkablyat> gotcha 👍🏽 sounds good
<DC-IRC>
<rpardini> So _get my hands on a KEdge2 with working UART_ is the challenge now 😉
<DC-IRC>
<efectn> It doesn't seem to have all usb3 patches
<DC-IRC>
<efectn> There are some extra patchset on rk3588-usb3 branch
<DC-IRC>
<efectn> Probably you got usb2 speed
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> @efectn do you have the git branch url handy? I want to take a look at their kernel
