<sc6502>
I've done the easyrsa thing. Which of these files do you want?
<sc6502>
pki/openssl-easyrsa.cnf
<sc6502>
pki/safessl-easyrsa.cnf
<sc6502>
pki/reqs/steve-rauc.req
<sc6502>
pki/private/steve-rauc.key
<sc6502>
I can put them in my area on speedsaver.xogium.me
<Xogium>
I only need the request, you keep the private part and I generate the public crt file
<Xogium>
I in fact must never see the private key ;)
<sc6502>
So just pki/reqs/steve-rauc.req
<Xogium>
yeah
<Xogium>
then I give back the crt file to you
<sc6502>
OK, it's in /home/sc6502/Public on speedsaver.xogium.me
<Xogium>
thanks
<Xogium>
also keep these private key and public key somewhere you won't lose them, back them up some other place as well if you can
<Xogium>
gonna generate the public cert, sec
<Xogium>
sc6502: ok, your public certificate was placed in the same directory
<Xogium>
the CA should now recognize you also
<Xogium>
as long as you sign with your private key when making a bundle, but… Yep
<Xogium>
I'll also work on doc for this, to explain the infrastructure I put in place
<Xogium>
basically we have a shell script that copy the files you give into another shell script in place so rauc can then use them with deterministic file names
