same here, kinda, well ok that was my own stuff :p

I was toying with my powerhouse. I found an appropriate hostname for it, even

ganimede
<sc6502>
Nice.
<sc6502>
I name all my machines after trees. It's a large enough namespace for me.

I was wondering if you could give me your request file for rauc, if you know how to use easy-rsa ? You don't need to build a CA for it, since I'd add your cert to my own CA. That way we can both produce valid updat bundles
<sc6502>
Reading about it.
<Xogium>
I don't think you would need to do more, just possibly init a pki for it. But it's been a while I did that with John for my own project, so let me know if you get stuck
<sc6502>
Do I send you the public part of the cert?
<sc6502>
I'm guessing :)
<Xogium>
you send the file that is in pki/reqs, iirc
<Xogium>
your public cert isn't issued yet, afair, it will be saved in issued
<Xogium>
it is your request that I have to sign
<sc6502>
OK, let me play around with that for a day or two, catch up with you at the weekend.
<Xogium>
alrighty
<Xogium>
you can deposit the file somewhere in the server so it is transfered securely
<sc6502>
Mmm, ping speedsaver.xogium.me isn't responding at the moment.
<Xogium>
sc6502: Peter's connection has something that blocks pings somewhere. Ssh port 15300 is definitely open
