at least from a glance ecpprog only works for Lattice ECP5/NX FPGAs. openocd is not specifically for that

I just notice that nextpnr/master seems to require a version of prjtrellis that doesn't exist. The commit in question tries to checkout a prjtrellis hash that isn't in the repos, and use interfaces that aren't availible in the repos.
