pinned to specific versions, on a day-by-day basis, and doesn't require you manually asking your AUR helper to reinstall the package when you remember to - it'll show up as a normal update

additionally, by pinning, if there's a commit that's broken for a day or otherwise there's a problem that requires reproducing, this enables an update to be pushed that avoids the broken and allows users reporting issues to have their issue more easily repro'd
