<thejpster> Is the matrix bridge working over here?
<agg> not yet
<agg> can't add it manually because >100 users on the matrix side
<agg> have asked element people for help but no response yet... will ping them again
<thejpster> rust-retro is stuck with a broken bridge. We can't disconnect it (HTTP 500 error) and we can't add a new bridge (error, are you double bridging?)
<agg> I have that problem in #stm32-rs
<agg> it's quite frustrating
<agg> it's a shame running your own bridge requires special permission from the IRC network to have multiple connections
<agg> alternatively there is a newer bridge software that just uses one IRC user (so messages are like from matrixbridge> <realusername> message), so no permission required, but that still needs you to be running a matrix homeserver and the bridge too
