Guest14 Yes, Rails is a full stack framework. Yes, you can create web applications with Rails that use no or next to zero JavaScript in the front end. As a matter of fact, it is one of Rails's goals to need to use as little JavaScript in the frontend as possible and Rails 7 made another huge step into this direction by supporting new technology that pushes HTML over the wire so that even the most modern interactive websites

can be created but without JavaScript. I am not aware of any other Full Stack Web Framework that supports that and has the zero-JS-necessity as a priority.

So I guess that if that "No JS in the frontend" is such a priority for you, Rails should be your best shot. If other priorities also play a role then you should state what you want to build to give a better answer. It is like asking "Should I use a hammer or a saw?", without having stated what it is what you want to build.
