<mcc> I am hoping to use the command line tools on a Windows machine. Does it matter if I download the mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64 or mingw-w64-x86_64 version?
<mcc> I am on up-to-date win10
<mcc> I can't get the ucrt version to run :( Does this require msys2?
