'set(CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS "${CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS} -g -rdynamic")': is this command in CMakeList.txt work only once, while building a target ? because it doesn't want to add those flags later on, while compiling any program

kirizaki: if you set CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS before the 'add_subdirectory(src/mlpack)' call, it should work just fine
