OK this is weird, because the patch making the otg port to work is to remove phy-supply from usb1_phy

usb_otg_pwr drives GPIOAO_5 which controls the RT9715 used to power the OTG port. So in Device mode the usb_otg_pwr would be disabled, so indeed usb_otg_pwr should be removed from usb1_phy since usb1_phy is controlled by the PGANG of GL852G
