13:21 <xdarklight> chewitt: I think there are no controls. I2S output is fed internally to the HDMI TX IP and also (depending on pinctrl settings, see the &aiu node in my odroidc1.dts) to anything electrically connected to the SoC's I2S pins. the I2S signal should be the same

13:22 <xdarklight> chewitt: I think in theory you could even have two es7134 connected using the same I2S output on the SoC to get dual headphone output - neither of them will have any control, they're always active
