With a Glasgow arriving next week and PCBs for the RamPak add-on as well, I was wondering if someone knows of a part that can be used for the pin header, and maybe even where to buy them. According to a YouTube video I saw, the space inside the case is very limited.

IIRC, the RAM-PAK was designed for Samtec CLP-122-02-L-D-BE-A 0.05" pitch 2x22 socket, bottom entry, with alignment pins. There are likely other compatible headers. I'm sure there are more affordable footprint compatible options
