<d1b2> <tnt> Anybody looked at the LDCL015 as a replacement for the TI reg ? The typ dropout is slightly higher ( 50 mV vs 30 mV ) but the max spec is the same. It has foldback current limit. And it uses the same nmos with charge pump drive topology as the TI reg which should hopefully provide reverse current blocking albeit that's not explicitly spelled out ( should be easy enough to test ). Just a thought ...
