my problems with meson started with version 1.1.0, downgrading unfucks my container. I have experienced the same problem on my desktop yesterday with some other port fwiw, so I expect there is a bug with the recent version

i'm nearly done testing all of the qt6 stuff and a few other ports that use qt6. i just spend some over time working on a server this evening.
