<darfo> got a NanoPi Zero2 to play with. Got it running with the crux-arm-3.7-aarch64-rc5.rootfs.tar.xz.
<darfo> It's a potato puter when trying to sysup to current crux-arm 3.7. gcc compile kills it.
<darfo> don't know what it dies from yet but wonder it anyone could recommend a crux 3.7 x86 deployment env where I could build packges for it.
<darfo> s /\.$/?/
<jaeger> You could maybe cross-compile or use qemu to emulate the proper arm environment

<beerman> i second that
<cruxbridge> <pitillo (@pitillo:crux.nu)> Or use another arm real device with a jail, generic release and build optimised packages for it (in case you have one… M1 could be a beast for that purpose)
<beerman> how many jobs are you throwing at the gcc build? maybe try less

<darfo> tried 1 job, still died. might be a thermal issue can't tell yet.
<darfo> Even with all four cores it isn't as speed demon so I think I try my old friend qemu arm.
<darfo> thx guys
