there are two reasons for me going into this strange journey. 1) the 0.8.x versions work without client side scripting. 2) not very good yet test suggests that master.cfg with 300 builders generated takes about 30 seconds to start on 0.8 py2 and about 90 on current and py3

for 2) a need more tests to be sure, but i had to build it first on same system

this is aarch64 system and at the end i want to deploy the buildmaster on 32bit arm machine
