Good morning everyone.

I am using a USB to Ethernet adaptor with a Beagle Bone Black - every so often the device will drop connection to the LAN over this adaptor, the adaptor shows no activity via th Rx/Tx LEDs, however the device still shows to be mounted when running an ifconfig command. The only ways to re-establish connection on with the LAN over the adaptor is to

either disconnect and reconnect the adaptor to the USB-A port or power cycle the Beagle completely. Does anyone have thoughts why the adaptor may be dropping connection to the LAN like this?
