hi all 👋 I downloaded the armbian debian minimal variant for my new orange pi zero 3, hoping to turn into a nice wireless to wireless access point but, I am not able to access me local wireless networks so that I could add it in at the password… The armbian-config is not there, im just so stuck
<Sabotender>
I will re-write a new image, so that I can start over French because I am really did not get much anywhere with this attempt.

hello. trying to use the arch64 Image for my orange pi zero3, but I am not able to configure any network settings, because astonishingly, nmtui AND armbian-vlconfig is missing! Is there anyone available let me be able to help me resolve the situation? Please.
<Sabotender>
I downloaded the Debian minimal Version, because I did not want to bother with a graphical user interface, to set up my network connection, drivers and whatnot, and have to disable it afterward.

hmm. thank you for providing that link. that was one of the document that I viewed prior to connecting to this particular channel. I may be mistaken, but, I did not notice anything there that allowed me to set the DNS address, disable IP V6, change IPV4 to manual connection, so I could fill out the pertinent details.

I will, however, examine this document again. I hope that it contains the information necessary for me to establish a connection to the Internet, and my intranet.

[Discord] <johnthecoolingfan> You will have to configure it using systemd-networkd. I can help with directions.

hello. I have sent flashed a new image to the ST card, and Armbian did boot. I was only able to progress down to enabling my wireless adapter. The problem, is that there is a message that reads, "Detected wireless networks", and then there is a prompt to enter the SSID number,… There are no wireless networks listed, but I am 100% absolutely certain that there are wireless networks within my range.
<Sabotender>
what would be the best method to progress beyond this point? Shall I enter a zero?

would it be better if I connected to the Discord Armbian instead? because, I do not know how to progress from this point.
<Sabotender>
if there are no wireless networks detected, although, apparently, there were some, but none were displayed, which value should I enter if it is asking me for one?

good luck, I'm going to try with a completely different distribution that is not armbian. it's disappointing, and frustrating. I remember trying to use armbian with my odroid several years ago, and had problems where I ended up going towards something else as well. 😞
