<juanesf91> I have a board with an r40 processor and I have an ov5640 camera from a pinecube (allwinner s3) in kernel 3.10 it works, but I try to activate in mainline and even though the respective modules are loaded I cannot capture video or images I only have one format (ym12 ) available in /dev/video1

<viraniac> I have tested ov5640 with nanopiduo2 (Allwinner H3) and it works fine.

<viraniac> Make sure you are using the right /dev/video device. For me the /dev/video0 was the camera device

<viraniac> use "v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video1 --all" to figure out if video1 is camera device or something else
