Nokia MikroMikko 1 M7 hard drive imaged. How do we get this into MAME?

no install media etc.

I think they can be used with floppy, HDD or both. This one came from a museum machine in hopes that the drive contains the needed software to prepare a drive, but it didn't. Just a used system drive.
