tagr: digetx: i just built v5.19.1 on my nyan-big chromebook and with that the backlight control does not work anymore - with v5.18.1 it worked

the nodes in /sys/class/backlight are all there and i can write values to them without an error, but the backlight is always on full brightness

i compared dmesg for both versions and the only real difference is: "gpio gpiochip0: (tegra-gpio): not an immutable chip, please consider fixing it!" in v5.19.1 - not sure if that is related or not

any idea what might be the root cause of this problem in v5.19.1?
