<ocdtrekkie> I reworked my Sandstorm server a bit, I learned some things.
<ocdtrekkie> Moved off port 6080. Discovered Cloudflare's "Flexible" mode is not named well.

<kentonv> yeah ideally don't use "Flexible" mode...
<kentonv> but hey Cloudflare now lets you proxy wildcards (previously an enterprise-only feature), which is useful for Sandstorm.
<ocdtrekkie> Well, the thing that flexible mode killed me on is that it only works on unencrypted traffic it seems
<ocdtrekkie> Full works with self-signed or invalid certs, like my static publishing stuff having a cert for the Sandstorm domain instead of my static publishing domain.
<ocdtrekkie> One would imagine Flexible would work in all the scenarios Full works, but I had to switch to Full to get things to work.
<ocdtrekkie> I still have a weird issue with my RSS readers that could be Cloudflare related, but would definitely be the Sandcats account, not my domain.
<ocdtrekkie> I figured when switching HTTPS_PORT from 6080 to 443, my RSS reader apps should "just work" by removing the port number in the app config, but they aren't working for some reason, even though they're reachable in the browser at that URL and prompt for basic auth.
<ocdtrekkie> Unfortunately the client I like to use isn't supported by the developer anymore, so if it's an app bug I am up a creek.
