<Max1Truc[m]>
I'm not booting from sdcard so yup nand I guess
<as2334>
hm - you're not modifying the bootloader apparently?
<as2334>
that's something I can't figure out - where is the bootloader. I searched the first 2 gigs of the nand for the encrypted header, but apparently it's not there.
<as2334>
oh pmbootstrap may know it...

Well I didn't try building the bootloader, but by the weekend I could give you a dump of my bootloader if you want
<as2334>
Max1Truc[m] thanks! I'm going to take a look at pmbootstrap source first tho. Are you using ssh over usb?
<Max1Truc[m]>
Yes
<Max1Truc[m]>
I don't know if wifi works
<as2334>
I see

Max1Truc[m] as a side note, the internal memory of your device may be eMMC, not nand flash.
<Rayyan>
the klipad uses u-boot as stock, whilst yours probably uses the rockchip loader
<as2334>
Rayyan well, I have a partition called uboot in the 0x2000 --> 0x4000 position
<as2334>
Rayyan but like I said, it's not clear to me at all where the "ID Block" is located. Apparently it doesn't exist, but that doesn't make sense...
<Rayyan>
what are you trying to do?
<Rayyan>
i remember you saying before that you were trying to port uboot
<as2334>
well yes
<as2334>
so I need to know the boot sequence
<as2334>
I should be able to upload a bunch of assembler and get it executed by the boot rom.
<as2334>
but somehow the information on how to do that is nowhere to be found.
<as2334>
it seems easy enough if the device boots from sd tho.
<as2334>
but I dont want to boot from sd because the uart pins are multiplexed with the sd card slot
