In opt #19 specifically, the depinst operation would still have failed even if prt-get could recognize soft dependencies and sort the targets accordingly. That's because ppetrov^ already had all the dependencies satisfied, so qt6-base and poppler weren't part of the transaction.

On a clean container, a softdeps-aware prt-get would prioritize qt6-base before poppler, so the depinst operation would have succeeded. But day-to-day usage leads to an idiosyncratic order in which packages are installed, never quite the same order as what would happen in a clean container.
