<beerman> why didn't we seperate glibc and kernel headers btw?
<SiFuh> Because it uses them.
<stenur> should simply assume presence maybe, or check out in Pkgfile, bail out if no kernel headers exist
<stenur> alsa broke for me; either alsa-utils#1.2.6-1.pkg.tar.xz or alsa-lib#1.2.6.1-1.pkg.tar.xz, and now i get: /usr/bin/bluealsa: Couldn't create data buffers: Cannot allocate memory
<stenur> hm. was only a plain update. maybe i should rebuild bluealsa now
<stenur> Works (after rebuild). Whatever.
<beerman> 🙄😂
<jue> glibc is bound to the kernel headers, if you update them you should rebuild glibc
<beerman> well, ok, that makes sense, might be cleaner to have it in seperate Pkgfiles but i don't mind too much
<beerman> its not like this gets touched frequently anyway
<jue> why cleaner?
<stenur> kernel download for that is sick.
<beerman> its two seperate items, still. but like i said, i don't mind, was just interested in the why
<jue> ok
<beerman> it came to my attention when i redid the syntax in core, e.g. exchanged all the artistic uses of various spaces or tabs for tabs
<SiFuh> That's cool
<beerman> sifuh: i ignore 99,9% of what you are saying so this message is to remind you that idgaf about the things you say :-) you can kindly just stop behaving like a pre teen
<SiFuh> beerman: I am aware. Nor do I care. I will say or answer what needs to be said or answered. Your prejudices are your own. Nothing to do with me.
<beerman> 99,9% of your output are just static noise into the void, same as your victim culture that you just try to establish by mentioning prejudice and "the need to say the things that need to be said"
<SiFuh> This is #crux-devel dude
<beerman> exactly, then act like it. you aren't qualified to answer my glibc earlier yet you play like it
<SiFuh> Really? Because my answer correct
<SiFuh> I am also always formal here in #crux-devel
<beerman> sigh
<beerman> i wonder why you are not yet a core maintainer... but i am happy about it too, so thats all good
<SiFuh> Then stop wondering
<beerman> bothered enough to post your "wisdom" about everything but not bothered enough to actually contribute, very impressiv
<SiFuh> Since I saw you grab access to contrib, opt and core, you suddenly become some wonder child
<beerman> you might have forgotten but its a figure of speech again ;)
<SiFuh> So great! Good on you. I even congratulated you, but it seems it got to your head.
<SiFuh> Have an issue, then send it to #crux or private.
<beerman> rofl
<SiFuh> I am willing to talk to you in private or on #crux
<SiFuh> All I said is 'stop being a dick' and 'You are the cause of the division in CRUX' and suddenly you got so overly offensive
<beerman> yo you said private message or #crux, neither is happening, so keep it out of #crux-devel which is actually a serious channel :)
<SiFuh> For those who don't know, that was on freenode servers in the #crux channel
<SiFuh> beerman: You aren't making sense. Message me privately or message #crux channel
<beerman> on the ignore list you go. when i ask a question on core ports, just know that is in no way directed at you in any possible way
