<cruxbridge>
<pitillo (@pitillo:crux.nu)> you have copy the actions hook in your personal repo too
<r0ni>
yeah i'll rm it, so it don't do that
<cruxbridge>
<pitillo (@pitillo:crux.nu)> ah! so actions are copied over a fork.... I didn't know that
<r0ni>
it didn't do it before with my forks anytime I did a PR... thats new behavior
<r0ni>
but now that I think about it, i remember seeing tim's forks appear in here as well before... so maybe it has been happening, we just never noticed
<cruxbridge>
<pitillo (@pitillo:crux.nu)> ummm I didn't remember if it was the fork or the merged PR.... btw, doesn't matter really, I think they won't disturb anyone
<r0ni>
likely not, but it may confuse people (i realize there isn't many to confuse ;)
<cruxbridge>
<pitillo (@pitillo:crux.nu)> yeah, that's what I mean....
<cruxbridge>
<pitillo (@pitillo:crux.nu)> you can check it on github crux-arm-release repo.... Tim's branch (add-3.8-quirks)
<r0ni>
i'll look it up!
<cruxbridge>
<pitillo (@pitillo:crux.nu)> we are waiting now to CRUX tag.... so we can rebuild again releases for aarch64 and verify the builder works as expected
crux-arm-bot has joined #crux-arm
<crux-arm-bot>
[ crux-ports-core-arm64 ] util-linux: update to 2.40.4 (#17)
crux-arm-bot has left #crux-arm [#crux-arm]
<r0ni>
very nice
<r0ni>
come to think of it, I may have played with this repo a few years ago or something like it... hell i might even have a fork, it seems awefully familiar
<pitillo>
sure! at least for 3.7 we build releases with it
<pitillo>
now sepen has improved it a lot and Tim helped a lot too in its development/debugging
<r0ni>
iirc I had issues getting it to go all the way, but managed to a few times. I'll have to try out the changes
<pitillo>
so the builder now has a better aspect, but it needs some love, specially under docker
<pitillo>
that sounds perfect. If you can give any feedboak it will be very welcome
<pitillo>
the more hands on it... the better we can get it
<r0ni>
absolutely! excited to help get 3.8 out the door any way possible
