in any case, what's upstream isn't very interesting (it lacks all most of the good stuff).

maz: well mostly I wanted to review and understand the pkvm/smmu patches and need some way to get a system up and running. The wider scope is making sure we are implementing enough of QEMUs system emulation to be able to run these various configurations
