There is something that I wanted to ask about KVM:
<puranjaymohan>
While debugging an arm64 kernel inside Qemu with kvm, I see that whenever I am single stepping after setting up a breakpoint, I fall into an interrupt handler. On x86-64, I see that there is `KVM_GUESTDBG_BLOCKIRQ` that disables IRQs when debugging. My assumption is that this feature is missing on ARM64 KVM.
<puranjaymohan>
Is my understanding correct?

yes thanks for bringing this up again - this is a longstanding issue that makes using the QEMU gdbstub very tedious

If this is architecturally possible, I am happy to work on this is as it will be a great learning opportunity for me as well.
