[Discord] <mecoblock> btw you can get be200 for cheap nowadays too. Just need to make sure you have the drivers

[Discord] <Werner> Feel free to share your journey in forums so others can learn about too

[Discord] <beohoff3174> is it possible to compile an armbian image that has the linux headers bundled in the image?
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <beohoff3174> ive been trying to compile a module and theres some weird issues with the kernel headers and linking that I can't track down
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <beohoff3174> my only thought is that theres an old kernel in the bootloader so that the versions don't match
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <beohoff3174> found the INSTALL_HEADERS flag

[Discord] <jennienguyn> Hello everyone, I’ve just finished building an .img file using Armbian for Rockchip RK3229 (with Linux). However, I’m not sure if this .img file is already considered a complete firmware, or if there are additional steps I need to take to make it fully functional on the device?
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <jennienguyn> Note: I’m new to Linux and don’t have much experience building firmware for these kinds of devices.
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <jennienguyn> - My .img file already includes rootfs, kernel, and other necessary components, but I’m not sure if I need to prepare anything else (such as U-Boot, DTB, or other optimizations) to make it complete.
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <jennienguyn> I’d appreciate any help or advice from the community. Thank you!
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <Werner> no need to do anything but flashing the img as it is to a microsd card and plug it in
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <jennienguyn> My tv box doesn't have a memory card slot so can I use a male to male usb?
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <Werner> No clue. I don't deal with such devices
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <jennienguyn> Yes, thanks for your help. Have a nice day.

[Discord] <nenter.> I'll try to share it, but I'm just learning on the go, and my time and knowledge is limited. So I'm not sure how to properly comment, implement and share code. :S
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <nenter.> But, at the very least, i'll share the github to the files.
